Information Security Policy of SEM-S

The Administration, recognizing the criticality of information and information systems in the execution of its operational functions, supports and promotes actions aimed at ensuring the safe operation of the systems.

 SEM-S has developed and implements an Information Security Policy aiming to

  • Ensuring the confidentiality, availability and integrity of the information it manages.

  • Comply with the legal and regulatory requirements to which its operation is subject.

  • The immediate response to incidents that may violate Information Security

 

For this reason:

  • Describes the ways in which the safe continuity of the company's business operations is ensured in cases of malfunction of information systems or in cases of disasters

  • The organizational structures necessary to monitor Information Security issues are defined

  • The technical measures to control and restrict access to information and information systems are defined.

  • The way information is classified according to its importance and value is determined.

  • The necessary actions to protect the information during the stages of its processing, storage and handling are described.

  • The ways of informing and training the company's employees and partners in Information Security matters are defined.

  • The ways to deal with Information Security incidents are identified.

 

SEM-S carries out assessments of the risks related to Information Security at regular intervals and takes the necessary measures to address them. It implements a framework for evaluating the effectiveness of Information Security procedures through which performance indicators are determined, their measurement methodology is described, periodic reports are produced and reviewed by the company's Management in order to continuously improve the system.

The Information Security Officer is responsible for controlling and monitoring the policies and procedures related to Information Security and taking the necessary initiatives to eliminate all those factors that may jeopardize the availability, integrity and confidentiality of the Company's information.

All employees of SEM-S and its partners with access to information and information systems are responsible for observing the rules of the applied corporate Information Security Policy.
